Teachstone and the Office of Head Start have joined together in a strategic partnership aimed at elevating the quality of early childhood education nationwide. Head Start, a federal initiative, fosters school readiness by promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development in children from birth to age five in under-resourced communities. Through this collaboration, Teachstone has played an essential role in driving Head Start’s mission forward by offering CLASS® Observation Training, equipping programs with the tools needed to understand and strengthen interactions with children.
Teachstone has supported in developing Head Start’s Affiliate Trainers, ensuring long-term capacity. These trainers are uniquely positioned to deliver tailored training to Head Start educators, amplifying the impact of meaningful interactions on children’s learning outcomes.
Continuing its commitment to Head Start’s goals, Teachstone provides ongoing support to grantees across the nation with a suite of CLASS-based professional development programs and resources, all designed to enhance classroom quality and, ultimately, improve the lives of the children and families Head Start serves.
