We will accept your printed items for return within 30 days from the date the item was purchased. A refund will be issued once the item is returned in its original unaltered condition. All returns are subject to up to a 30% ($5 minimum) restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will accept returns of online products within 30 days from the date of purchase only if the product has not yet been activated.
Damaged or defective items must be returned within 15 days for a replacement. You will not be responsible for the restocking fee or return shipping of damaged or defective items. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your return. To start a return please reach out to Customer Support. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
