We recommend clients allowlist the domains and IP addresses listed below.
Important: If the following domains are not allow-listed by your company’s IT department, email from myTeachstone to users in your account could be delayed or completely blocked by your company’s network.

Video content and courses played through myTeachstone will originate from these IP addresses on TCP ports 80 and 443:
Upload speed: 5 megabits per second or higher recommended
Supported operating systems: iOS 12.x or newer 
Supported devices: iPod Touch 6th generation or newer or iPhone 6s or newer 
: other devices and iOS versions may work with the MyTeachstone platform but Teachstone will not provide additional support for them if they do not work properly with our platform

Verify Network Bandwidth
For the best user experience possible we recommend clients have download network speeds of at least 2 megabits per second and upload speeds of at least 5 megabits per second. You can check your download and upload speeds at https://fast.com/.
With myTeachstone, your organization’s data is safe and secure:
myTeachstone data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is encrypted at rest.
User passwords are encrypted using high-grade one-way encryption.
All access to the myTeachstone platform, including authentication, is done using TLS/SSL.
