CANCELLATION POLICY: VIRTUAL TRAINING

Customer Cancellations and Transfers

  • Cancellations received 30 or more days before the start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received 15–30 days before the start date will receive a refund minus a $100 fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund; however, registration fees may be applied toward another training within one year, minus a $200 fee.
  • Transfer requests made less than 15 days before the start date are subject to a $200 transfer fee.
  • Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of an event at no charge. The substitute must attend the full event.

Cancellation of Virtual Training by Teachstone

  • Teachstone may cancel or change a training or event at any time for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, equipment or trainer availability, weather or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • Teachstone will endeavor to provide notification of cancelation or changes within fifteen (15) days of a virtual training, whenever possible.
  • In the event of cancellation of a virtual training by Teachstone, registrants will not be charged for the virtual training.
  • Teachstone is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled virtual training, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees along with waiver of any conference or course fees that may be due but not yet paid.

CDA with CLASS® Transfer and Fee Policy

  • Each registrant is entitled to one free course transfer. Additional transfers will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations within the first 15 business days (Weeks 1–3) of a course are eligible for a full refund. After that period, participants may transfer once free of charge; each additional transfer will incur a $50 fee.
  • Teachstone Cancellations and Force Majeure
  • Teachstone may cancel or change any training or event at any time for reasons such as low enrollment, trainer availability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, disaster, or travel restrictions). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
