All customer cancellation or requests to transfer a registration to another Teachstone CLASS training session must be received in writing via Teachstone Support Page https://teachstone.com/support/
Cancellation and/or transfer requests received up to thirty (30) days prior to the start of a virtual training will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
Cancellation and/or transfer requests received up to fifteen (15) but less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of a virtual training will receive a refund of any registration fees paid minus a cancellation fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Cancellation requests received less than fifteen (15) days and up to (1) day prior to the start of a virtual training will not be eligible for a refund of registration fees paid. As a courtesy, Teachstone will allow participants to apply registration fees paid minus a cancellation fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) toward a Teachstone training scheduled within one (1) year of the cancellation request date.
Cancellations, Transfer, or substitution requests received on the first day of the training, defined by the training dates on the confirmation, of a virtual training will not be eligible for a refund of registration fees paid or transfer to a new session.
Transfer requests received less than fifteen (15) days and up to (1) day prior to the start of a virtual training will be subject to a transfer fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00). Any transferred training registrations must occur within one (1) year of the transfer request date.
Registrant substitutions may be made up to fifteen (15) days prior to the start of a virtual training event at no charge. Requests for substitutes received less than fifteen (15) days and up to (1) day prior to the start of a virtual training will not be eligible. As a courtesy, Teachstone will allow participants to apply registration fees paid minus a cancellation fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) toward a Teachstone training scheduled within one (1) year of the cancellation request date.
A substitute is a single individual who attends the entire event in lieu of the original registrant. Substitutes may not be multiple individuals who attend separate days of a multi-day virtual training.
Registrants who are more than 30 minutes late; who fail to attend a virtual training session or fail to complete any required online course work prior to facilitated sessions and do not submit a written request for cancellation pursuant to this policy shall be responsible for payment of all registration fees and no completion credit for the training will be offered.
Cancellation of Virtual Training by Teachstone
Teachstone reserves the right to cancel or change a virtual training at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, lack of participation, equipment, trainer availability, weather or natural disaster.
Teachstone will endeavor to provide notification of cancelation or changes within fifteen (15) days of a virtual training, whenever possible.
In the event of cancellation of a virtual training by Teachstone, registrants will not be charged for the virtual training.
Teachstone is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled virtual training, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees along with waiver of any conference or course fees that may be due but not yet paid.
