Coaching with myTeachstone
This two-day training supports coaches in leveraging the features available through a myTeachstone CLASS subscription to best support teachers’ engagement and learning through frequent, individualized and meaningful experiences.
Facilitated by a Teachstone CLASS Expert, coaches enrolled in this training will:
- Learn how to access and generate CLASS observation data reports
- Practice using data to create individualized professional development plans
- Explore how to recommend Learning Resources to individuals and groups of teachers
- Gain experience in facilitating online PLCs and conducting informal observation
myTeachstone Direct Coaching
Don’t have coaches on staff? Or, are your coaches at capacity? This service offered directly by Teachstone pairs your educators with a CLASS expert who will support them in using myTeachstone Learning Resources to extend and strengthen understanding of effective classroom interactions.
Educators enrolled in myTeachstone Direct Coaching will:
- Be paired with a dedicated CLASS Specialist Coach
- Complete two 15-minute assigned learning resources each month
- Engage in online discussions with their assigned coach
- Receive individualized and consistent coaching and support
