CLASS Primer for Leaders
In our CLASS Primer for Leaders course, you will see how CLASS can help your program or school become stronger by taking curriculum to a greater depth, building the supports teachers need to be effective educators and ensuring that every child in your program experiences classroom interactions that fuel their social, emotional and academic growth.
CLASS® Trainings for Coaches
CLASS Group Coaching (MMCI)
CLASS Group Coaching trains instructional coaches in the CLASS group coaching model and prepares them to deliver this group coaching to teachers. In this model, coaches become in-house experts who support teacher growth and improvement and strengthen their training and facilitation skills. Teachers who participate feel more connected to and supported by their colleagues through collaborative peer learning and are able to apply learnings to their daily practice.
CLASS 1-on-1 Video Coaching (MTP)
In CLASS 1-on-1 Video Coaching, Teachstone CLASS specialists prepare your coaches to leverage video footage as a means for providing practice-based feedback to their teachers. Participants in this program gain the competencies needed to support teachers in developing a critical eye for identifying and expanding CLASS interactions with children—building upon what’s working well and boosting the effectiveness of the interactions they provide.
