If you can see the title card of the video but it will not start when you hit play, your computer may not have a sufficiently fast connection speed to download the video file all at once. 

Refresh the page and wait a few minutes until a majority of the video clip has downloaded, then click the play button. 

We also recommend you use Google Chrome as your main browser and that you activate “Flash” under Site Settings. This is the program we recommend twhen playing all Teachstone Videos.

Please check your computer’s volume setting and the volume setting on the video player to make sure they are at appropriate levels. Make sure the mute button was not accidentally set.

To speed up videos you can:

1. Close other programs running on your computer.
2. Clear your browser’s cache (CTRL + F5).
3. Access the program later when network traffic is slower.
4. Check with your local IT person or ISP about network speeds and ideal times to download and play video files.
5. Activate “Flash” under Site Settings.

In the player controls, click the full-screen icon in the lower right corner. Press the escape key on your keyboard or click the full-screen icon in the lower right corner of the screen to exit full-screen.
