myTeachstone is an online, subscription-based service designed to help programs manage and use CLASS® observation data to inform and deliver individualized CLASS-based professional development. myTeachstone will help you improve teacher-child interactions.
myTeachstone is a program-wide solution designed for:
Administrators to gain insights into what’s happening across the program.
Observers to track and manage CLASS observation data.
Coaches to review CLASS data and recommend targeted professional development.
Teachers to access on-demand CLASS-based professional development resources.
Teachers with a report on how many professional development hours have been assigned to them and how many hours they have completed.
Coaches with reports at the organizational and teacher level. In order to inform professional development recommendations, coaches can view classroom observation data compared to goals and averages at their organization, as well as professional development completion data for each teacher.
Administrators with individual teacher and aggregate reports, professional development completion hours, observation notes and scores, and observer certification levels.

Import CLASS Observation Data
There are a lot of tools out there to help you organize your data and professional development. myTeachstone is unique in that you can use your CLASS observation data to create recommendations for targeted professional development. You can also track professional development completion and measure improvements in your organization’s CLASS scores over time.
If you can export (or compile) your CLASS observation data into a CSV file, we can upload your data into myTeachstone. Don’t worry, we’ll help you do this during the setup process, so that you can get started using the CLASS data you have already collected.

When to Use myTeachstone
Improving teacher-child interactions and improving child outcomes is a long-term goal that requires ongoing support. myTeachstone is meant to be used year after year, so you can continue measuring and improving your teacher-child interactions. To help you in this process, we will continue adding fresh, new resources and supports to the system on an ongoing basis.
All of our foundational courses, videos, and PDFs are available in Spanish. You can set your language preference (English or Spanish) when you log in to myTeachstone.
myTeachstone is designed to simplify how you implement change, and deliver on the promise of CLASS by including everything you need in one easy-to-use system. Before you make your decision, you’ll want to consider your program goals and resources, just as you would when implementing any of our other programs. Here are some questions you might want to consider before purchasing myTeachstone:
Do you already have a coaching structure in place or use coaches to support your teachers? myTeachstone is a great way to leverage those existing structures.
Do you already have Certified CLASS Observers working with your organization to collect CLASS data? To make the most of myTeachstone, you’ll want to have your Certified Observers collecting data and entering it into the myTeachstone system.
Are you planning on using observation data to provide formative feedback and professional development? myTeachstone is designed to support you in using observation data to drive professional development choices and in leveraging your coaches to provide feedback and support teachers.
What size is your program? myTeachstone can be used to support any number of teachers, but pricing is based on a minimum of 50 teachers.

Subscription Costs & Purchase
How much does myTeachstone cost? myTeachstone is priced per teacher per year. myTeachstone can be used to support any number of teachers, but pricing is based on a minimum of 50 teachers. Your administrators, observers, and coaches are all included as part of the organization’s subscription. How do I purchase a myTeachstone subscription? Call (877-401-8007) or send our sales team a purchase request. A sales representative will help you make sure myTeachstone is the right solution for you and help get you started.
With myTeachstone, you are purchasing a number of teacher accounts. This means that if one of your teachers leaves, you can use their “slot” for a new teacher. Coach, observer, and administrator accounts are included as part of your subscription.
myTeachstone is designed to support an entire organization and isn’t currently available for individual purchase. If you have an existing subscription and wish to add teacher, please contact your program liaison.
Using myTeachstone with Previously Purchased CLASS Tools
If you have purchased CLASS tools prior to a myTeachstone subscription, you will be able to log in as normal and view all of your resources (Video Library, Online Introduction to the CLASS Tool, Looking at CLASSrooms, and any of your trainings and courses) including any and all of your new myTeachstone resources.
